How can I return or exchange a KARACHI FANS product?

Refund & Return Policy for Ceiling Fans

Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your ceiling fan, please review our refund and return policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Return Window: Ceiling fans can be returned within 5 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: The fan must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. All parts, accessories, and manuals must be included in the return.
  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your ceiling fan arrives damaged or is defective, we will accept returns for a full refund or replacement. Please notify us within 2 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Ceiling fans that have been installed, used, or modified.
  • Products that are missing original packaging, parts, or warranty card/slip.
  • Products that are marked as non-returnable on the invoice or website.

3. Return Process:

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any photos of the product give Authantic reason for return.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.

4. Refunds:

  • Once your returned ceiling fan is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days..
  • If the fan is returned in a condition that does not meet our policy (e.g., opened, used, missing parts), a restocking fee may apply.

5. Exchanges:

  • We are happy to assist with exchanges if you need a different model or color.
  • Please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. The exchange process follows the same steps as the return process.

6. Warranty:

Most of our ceiling fans come with a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects. If your fan develops an issue after installation but within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. Please refer to the warranty documentation for full details.
